Today, the Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 297 new deaths from the Coronavirus, compared to 339 the previous day.
Reuters quoted the ministry as saying in a statement, “The daily number of cases rose to 24036 cases from 22865 the previous day, while the total number of deaths reached 99,271 cases since the outbreak of the disease in February of last year, which is the second largest death toll in Europe after Britain and the seventh in the world.
The total number of injuries in Italy has also increased to 3.02 million so far.
