As of Monday, in view of the loosening that has been decided, many shops in the Ebersberg district are likely to reopen.

The optimism is still rather cautious.

District

- The retail sector is in the starting blocks after the easing announcements of the Prime Minister's Conference.

"As of today, we open on Monday," says Franz Kellner, boss of Obermaier Moden with branches in Glonn and Grafing.

Everything is prepared.

The goods for spring are ready.

In addition, they have rebuilt and invested.

The entire staff is also there.

“Some were on short-time work, but we didn't fire anyone,” said Kellner.

He has seen a lot of solidarity from regular customers over the past few months.

“We are very grateful.” Often, sales were made by ordering over the phone and then picking up the goods.

Waiter is disappointed with the politics and many promises.

"We did not receive a cent from the state subsidy." The motivation is still unbroken: "We look forward to our customers and they look forward to us."

Entrepreneurs annoyed by hesitant decisions - demand for more trust

It remains difficult, says Sonja Ziegltrum-Teubner, managing director of the flower center in Parsdorf and chairwoman of the IHK regional committee in Ebersberg.

She criticizes the hesitant decisions.

"In Germany we always need a double network with a double bottom." The entrepreneurs wanted to get active and not live on state subsidies.

The constant back and forth is a tragedy.

The companies would adhere to the guidelines in their own interest.

“You also need trust.” One must also consider that many businesses live on small sales.

With all the different regulations for the opening that is now being sought, “everything will probably be chaotic”.

But opening it in small steps is "still better than nothing".

Many industries were in a positive mood, but in the catering or hotel industry, which had already developed many concepts, the mood was partly turned.

And: If there are different regulations in the various districts, there will be “shopping tourism”.

As soon as restaurants and beer gardens are allowed to open differently, even more so, according to Ziegltrum-Teubner.

For example, the incidence in the neighboring district of Rosenheim was 93 on Thursday.

Carolin Schels from the management of the E-EinZ shopping center in Ebersberg is also cautious: “We have to wait and see.” In the building, contact-free routes have been marked as far as possible for customers for a long time.

In the case of agreements, there have been no conflicts between the companies so far.

Ultimately, each business decides for itself how to deal with the new regulations.

Openings: Wildpark Poing needs more advance notice

The possible opening perspectives are not only about retail, but also about facilities such as the wildlife park in Poing.

Owner Josef Festl emphasizes that he wants to wait for the next few days.

It won't open next Monday.

"That is too short-term".

In general, he thinks "it would be good if things started slowly".

When the wildlife park opens, Festl will use the hygiene concept that it developed and implemented last summer.

This includes, among other things, that the benches are set up at a sufficient distance from each other for the visitors.

He may be able to sell tickets online again.

Corona has not changed anything in the wildlife park itself.

"Regardless of whether and how many visitors are there or not, the animals have to be looked after every day," says the boss.

In the outdoor areas, near the parking lot, families in particular always go for a walk along the red deer and fallow deer enclosures.

"If the animals want to come to the people, they come to the fence, if not, they stay on the meadow." For the falconer, who organizes a bird of prey flight demonstration twice a day, nothing has changed with the second lockdown, because the season doesn't start until Easter anyway.

Until then, there will still be a lot to do.
