" said the Lille prosecutor's office, requested by AFP.
A source familiar with the matter confirmed to AFP the accusation of rape and the seizure of the General Inspectorate of the National Police.
According to the
RMC-BFM website
, a 35-year-old woman filed a complaint, claiming to have been raped Tuesday at her home by a police officer, also a union delegate.
Some time before, she had gone to the Roubaix police station to file a complaint for domestic violence.
A police officer then allegedly wrote her several text messages, until she agreed to receive him at her home, where he allegedly raped her.
