Partial containment in Pas-de-Calais will begin on Saturday March 6 and will be in effect for four weekends, i.e. until March 28, to slow the progression of the Covid-19, announced the prefect Louis le Franc during a press conference in Arras.

It was decided to put in place a partial containment on weekends for four consecutive weekends
" which will come into force on Saturday at 6 am after the curfew, he announced.
A derogatory certificate will be required to travel during these time slots.

The prefect also announced the generalization of the wearing of masks throughout the department, including in rural areas, the ban on alcohol consumption and the broadcasting of music on public roads, as well as the closure, during containment weekends, stores with a floor space greater than 5,000 m².
