Israel will begin on Sunday the most significant relief phase since the economy opened in May: the education system, cafes and restaurants, hotels, as well as a permit for weddings and events for the vaccinated and recovering.
The relief takes place when the morbidity is fragile, with more than 4,000 infected per day, the coefficient of infection touches 1 and the number of patients is difficult only yesterday, for the first time in two months, dropped from 700 hospitalized.
Unlike the opening of the economy in May which led to a continuing wave of morbidity, this time there are 4.8 million vaccinated in the first dose and 3.5 million vaccinated in the second dose, alongside a British mutation that changes the morbidity characteristics.
Meanwhile, Corona projector Prof. Nachman Ash said: "There is a lot of hope for a return to life in this process, but it also involves quite a few risks. I emphasize that the green mark and the existing guidelines are still required."
Magen Israel Chief of Staff Tomer Lotan said: "There is concern that we are opening a very wide opening, and the security margins are narrow relative to the indices we have set. The catering, conference and event gardens require a more complex opening and include more businesses. There is also a challenge in enforcing the outline.
"We are pleased with the data from everything that has opened with a green light. In terms of morbidity we have managed to contain the second beat well. The main concern is the schools. The numbers are rising, and about half of the daily verified under the age of 20. We are working to strengthen control by traffic light. "A memorandum of law that will require teaching staff to be vaccinated or tested," he said.
No additional opening stages are currently planned, with the exception of institutions of higher education, which have a unique outline, and clubs and parties for which an outline has not yet been agreed.
Two weeks after the start of using the green note on mobile phones, Lotan is not bothered by fakes.
"A mainstream citizen who goes to the gym, we will not see him do it."
Magen Israel will continue to monitor the disease.
"If we see hospitals refilling patients, we will have to go in the direction of restrictions. If there is a catastrophe, we will make strict proposals."
Events, enforcement and the green mark - questions and answers about the third stage
