A 27-year-old woman kidnapped by an individual who subjected her to abuse, particularly sexual abuse, which was particularly dangerous, was rescued by the Toulouse gendarmes, according to a source close to the investigation.

The victim, who was allegedly raped and beaten, was found prostrate in the apartment of the alleged attacker, arrested in the wake of this discovery, it was said.
This 28-year-old man was indicted on Friday and jailed for kidnapping, forcible confinement, rape, violence with weapons, acts of torture and barbarism.
