"adapt the rules of criminal procedure"

Thus, 13,649 prisoners had benefited from an early release.
In June, there were fewer than 58,000 prisoners in prisons, unprecedented in our recent prison history, marked by recurrent convictions by the European Court of Human Rights.
And if the operation created controversy on the security level, from the point of view of the fight against Covid, it was a clear success.
Thanks to the releases, the stopping of visiting rooms and an application of “test, trace, isolate” unparalleled in France, no cluster has been formed.
