A 30-year-old man suspected of having shot and wounded two police officers on October 7 in Herblay (Val-d'Oise) was arrested this Friday morning in Clichy-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine) by the investigators from the research and intervention brigade of the judicial police of Versailles.

It was around 11:25 am that this Guyanese was surprised in an apartment, located on the third floor of a building.

That night, the two policemen were parked in an unmarked car as part of an investigation into a forcible confinement.
