A woman named Clarissa Hitchcock from the US, who claims to be a former Dominos employee, tells in a ticketing video how to get a free supplement from the fast food chain - "Just call and complain that something is wrong with your order".

Hitchcock, who she said had previously run a branch of the U.S. pizzeria chain for a decade, uploaded the video in response to another ticketing account that called for sharing ways and methods on how to get extra portions from large chains. 

In the video, Hitchcock said, "I worked at Domino's and I think they have the best method of how to chaperone people. First, if a person calls and says there was a mistake in his order or something is wrong there are three steps employees must take: First, apologize, "Second, to bring the customer exactly what he asked for, and third, to add an extra portion from the menu. Of course if it is a person who does it systematically and lies - after a few times he is blacklisted by the company."

Clarissa's video was viewed 500,000 times and received 85,000 likes, with more employees of the network in the US confirming what she shared.

A California branch manager wrote, "I can confirm that this is exactly what we do, by any mistake. But do not think that if you just call and do not order you will receive a free meal. We check several times what you ordered and what was sent and not just send."

A customer of the chain, for his part, said that "they made a mistake four times in my order, and in the end I did not have a place at home from most of the additions and things they sent until they were accurate in the order."

Another user wrote that "with me they were wrong and then they just gave me a free dose".
