A convicted person of sexual abuse against a minor has kept
his official defender
tied to a chair for about five hours
.
It occurs in the Criminal Defense Office of Zapala, Neuquén.
This is the convicted Andrés Villar (46), who kidnapped the lawyer Pablo Méndez on the morning of this Friday.
Villar assures that he is innocent of the accusation for which he was convicted.
As understood by the Justice of Zapala, Villar sexually abused a teenager who is the daughter of an ex-partner of his.
Andrés Villar is believed to have the help of a woman.
