Jens Spahn should resign: Enough, Minister of Health!

Too few masks, too little vaccine, too late rapid tests: the crisis policy becomes a farce. That must have consequences. Actually, two resignations would be due.

Is that really Germany?

First too few masks, then too little vaccine, now delay in the quick and self-tests?

Organizing, doing business intelligently, that was always considered a strength of the Germans.

And now almost nothing works smoothly, of all things in the pandemic, in the struggle for life and death.

What's going on there?

Corona presents every government in the world with new, extremely difficult tasks.

Not everything can succeed there.

However, the federal government is doing far too little in this phase, as can be seen from the vaccination statistics.

Israel, the US, the UK and others are way ahead.

Germany, it has to be said, is currently being ruled terribly badly, by the Federal Chancellor, by the group of Prime Ministers, by some ministers, namely Health Minister Jens Spahn.

That must have consequences.

When things get really bad, politics becomes a farce.

This impression emerged after the conference with Merkel, the state leaders and some federal ministers late on Wednesday evening.

Bavaria's Prime Minister Markus Söder ranzied Federal Finance Minister Olaf Scholz in the group that he shouldn't have such a "smurfy grin".

In the press conference afterwards, Angela Merkel calculated from the incidence 50 to 100 and back to 35, so that no one could follow.

Then Berlin's Governing Mayor Michael Müller waved a piece of paper to prove how clear the resolutions were.

Everything fits on one sheet.

Still nobody can understand.

And the next wave will not be stopped this way either.

The state fails and breaks its promises.
