Forty-seven pan-democrats were charged with conspiracy to subvert state power for participating in the "35+ primaries". Judge Su Hui-te, designated by the National Security Law, approved 15 of them on bail on Thursday night, and the Department of Justice immediately applied for review.
One of the defendants who was granted bail and is currently being taken into custody announced today (6th) that he has withdrawn from all political ties and organizations and will no longer participate in district councils, legislative council elections, elections at all levels in Hong Kong, and any political elections. .

Ke Yaolin: no longer participate in any elections
Ke Yaolin’s social platform published a post this morning (6th), saying that he received a message from Ke Yaolin to the representative lawyer through the welfare officer, requesting a public statement, stating that he would immediately withdraw from all political contacts and organizations, and decided not to participate in the district council, Elections at all levels in Hong Kong such as the Legislative Council and any political elections.
In addition, it is reported that the four citizens of the Citizen Party, Yang Yueqiao, Tan Wenhao, Guo Jiaqi, and Li Yuxin, who were also charged with conspiracy to subvert state power, and Wu Miner, chairman of the Workers’ Union, also withdrew from the Citizen Party and the Labor Party. Also announced the dissolution of the organization.
The social platforms of Yang Yueqiao and Tan Wenhao have disappeared, and there are no results when searching on Facebook.
The Department of Justice gave up the review of four of them yesterday. Lin Jingnan, Liu Weicong, Yang Xueying and Lu Zhiheng have been released on bail. Yang Xueying and Lu Zhiheng also attended the scene today.
