In an incident last Sunday the courier driver was sitting in his truck waiting for a package to be delivered, when he suddenly heard screams and noticed a toddler hanging from the balcony of the building and holding the end with one hand.
"I was sitting in the car waiting to deliver packages to a customer in the opposite building when I heard a child crying - I just thought the child was reprimanded by his parents," Mann told the local newspaper Annanidado, "However, shortly afterwards I heard someone shouting for help. And I saw the toddler climbing from the balcony. "
He reacted instinctively, galloped out of his car and climbed onto a tiled roof on the lower level of the building.
He said: "I immediately jumped out of the vehicle and tried to find a way to climb the nearby building. I climbed onto a two-meter-high tiled roof to look for a suitable position to grab the girl."
From a number that the roof was crooked and when he stood on it he lost his balance.
At that time the toddler lost her grip and fell to the ground from a height of 50 meters.
Mann threw himself forward to catch her and somehow miraculously she landed straight into his arms.
The damage left a dent in the roof.

From a number that when he hugged the toddler in his arms, he saw blood leaking from her mouth.
She was taken to the National Children's Hospital near the area and received treatment for a sprained hip, local media reported.
Man, who was declared a hero by the locals, suffered a slight sprain in his arm.
He said he acted instinctively because he also has a daughter of the same age.
"When it happened I did not think much," he told VN Express, "when I saw the baby I immediately thought of my daughter at home and hurried to try to save her. It all happened in a minute. I did not understand how I managed to get on the roof so fast. I did not believe I saved her life ".

Mann's life has changed since the incident.
He received thousands of positive messages on social media and became a local hero.
He said: "My life has not only changed - they have undergone a real makeover. Usually my Facebook posts attract only a few tens of comments. Now I get tens of thousands."
Mann remained modest about his act of heroism and said, "I do not think I am a hero. I was just in the right place, at the right time. I just want to do good."
