Hungary has set a new record for the number of daily infections with the Coronavirus.
According to the statistics issued by the Ministry of Health, the number of recorded infections with the virus during the past 24 hours reached 7,269 new infections, an increase of 14 percent over the infections recorded the previous day.
This brought the total number of injuries in Hungary to 459816, while the total number of deaths reached 15,765.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban explained that this increasing increase in the number of injuries prompted the government to take measures related to the closure of schools and most shops.
In addition, the Philippines recorded an increase in infections with the Coronavirus, as the number of people infected with the virus today reached 3439, which brings the total number of infections in the country to 591138, while the total number of deaths so far has reached 12,465.
