Authorities are still investigating the accident that occurred on Tuesday in the city of Holtville, Imperial County, 20 kilometers from the border between Mexico and the United States, where 13 people died, including 10 Mexicans and two Guatemalans.
One of the deceased from Guatemala has been identified as 23-year-old Yesenia Cardona.
The young woman was traveling with her mother, both of whom left Guatemala a month ago because they had been threatened with death.
