Although the Los Angeles City Police Department had previously indicated that
Tiger Woods was conscious when they found him after the car accident he suffered on Tuesday, February 23, more evidence continues to emerge.
According to documents compiled by the famous portal TMZ,
Woods was seen for the first time by a mysterious man from the city of Los Angeles
, who notified the authorities that the golfer was unconscious.
Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff Johann Schloegl filed an affidavit
describing an interview with a man who lives in the area where Tiger crashed his SUV on February 23.

Tried talking to Woods, and he didn't answer
The man told police ... he heard about the accident near Rolling Hills Estates and decided to walk to the scene
of the accident to check it out, where he saw Woods.
According to the Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff's statement,
this mysterious person attempted to speak to Tiger Woods
, however, the golfer never responded.
However,
Carlos González, another Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy, publicly stated that when he arrived minutes later
, Tiger was conscious.
Officers are now extracting "black box" data on Tiger's 2021 GV80 vehicle that could reveal details about Tiger's speed
and driving pattern in the moments leading up to the accident.
