Heavy fighting has left at least 90 dead in the past 24 hours in the two warring camps in Yemen, in Marib (north), a strategic region that the Houthi rebels are trying to wrest from loyalist forces, according to government military sources.

The clashes killed 32 fighters among government forces and loyalist tribes, while 58 rebels died in Saudi air strikes, the sources told AFP.
