Munich - The fronts between Deutsche Bahn and the union of German train drivers (GDL) seem hardened.
An early agreement in the smoldering wage dispute is unlikely to be possible.
Bahn personnel manager Martin Seiler even accused the negotiating partner of horrific and unrealistic demands that would result in significant cost increases.
