The French Ministry of Health announced the registration of 21,825 new cases of coronavirus and 130 deaths from it in the past twenty-four hours.
The ministry stated in a statement today that the total number of deaths due to the virus in the country reached 88,600, while the total number of infections reached 3 million and 904 thousand.
France is the eighth country in the world in terms of the death toll from the pandemic.
