Return to school:
As of today (Sunday), vaccine mobiles will arrive at educational institutions across the country, with the aim of vaccinating teaching staff, education staff and students over the age of 16 who have not yet been vaccinated against the corona virus.
This move is the result of a joint initiative of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, in coordination with local authorities, designed to increase the number of education staff and students aged 16 and over vaccinated in the system, and to reduce morbidity in the country and maintain a continuous and safe study routine.
For the vaccines, separate halls or dedicated classrooms will be allocated in the schools, and the queues for receiving the vaccine will be determined according to the number of vaccinators, and divided into capsules according to the guidelines.
The condition for administering the vaccine to students under the age of 18 is the consent of their parents.
According to the guidelines, even if the parents have given their consent and the student refuses to be vaccinated, he or she will not be vaccinated.
