"The limit of 300 people in the hall makes it difficult for us, we have room for 3,000 guests"

What they have just given is an outline for a culture that includes up to 300 people.

The conferences are likely to be in a fairly similar format.

As a place that can host thousands of people, we are prepared to open and abide by the rules of the green mark, but for conferences there is a limitation that makes it difficult for us.

We have a place with 27 halls and the largest auditorium in the country with 3,000 people.

The 300-person framework is too narrow for us and does not pass the profitability threshold for operating and opening conferences in a format even close to what it was in the past.

We believe the layout should be connected to the size of the venue and the number of halls.

We cannot be compared to a small conference hall that hosts a conference.

The layout should be more horizontal and it should take into account the number of halls and the size of the venue and determine the rules accordingly.

International conferences are currently far from us because they are booked months in advance and even years in advance.

Bookings for local conferences are weeks and months in advance.

We have reservations for the coming weeks and we get phone calls for reservations.

We are prepared and expect an update to come on the assumption that it will allow us to hold the conferences with a larger amount.

We are ready with checks of the green mark and recovery certificates, ushers, thermometers, cleaning and keeping distance at the tables.

Our employees are very happy to return to activity at last, even if it is partial and incomplete.

After a period of uncertainty and anticipation, the workers get excited and see light at the end of the tunnel.

"We've reinvented ourselves endlessly"

We are excited to reopen Anastasia Restaurant.

After almost a year full of upheavals, challenges and learning in which we reinvented ourselves countless times, we can say that we took the time to be precise and upgrade ourselves.

Our new delivery system, the deli we have developed in the last two years and new, high-quality products that come and make vegan accessible even outside the borders of Tel Aviv.

We will open the restaurant only from Tuesday of this week, because we are currently investing efforts in creating a pleasant experience for returning and new customers in the yeshiva, and in building a new menu.

In the last year, to our delight, the issue of health, veganism and clean nutrition has taken a more significant place among Israeli citizens and around the world, following the corona crisis.

"Our diary is almost full, we and the couples are very excited"

Already today we return to activities with a wedding.

There is a huge demand from the couples who want to get married because the couples also prefer to get married in tidy places that can enforce the green character, and they do not want a pirate place like Jungle.

The demand is from couples who postponed the event following the corona and also from new couples.

These couples are very excited.

They are starting to see the routine take shape from the beginning of next week.

We will return to make the most happy, special and exciting weddings in Israel.

We can finally dance in the plaza, as ironic and strange as it sounds.

The couples' fear this time fades for the simple reason that there is a solution for Corona.

Once you are vaccinated there is no obligation to insulate, and people can celebrate in the ballrooms according to the conditions of the green sign.

The Ministry of Health is also finally saying that once they return the regulated places to activity under the green label, all brides and grooms will convince their families and guests to get vaccinated, thus raising the rate of those vaccinated.

In addition, the Ministry of Health has dropped the token that even if there are service providers who are undecided whether they want to get vaccinated, once they understand that this is the only way they can work - they get vaccinated, and that without forcing them.

Our diary is almost full.

Me, my employees and the chefs are just as excited as the couples.

If there were no vaccines I do not know if I would have developed.

We say: get vaccinated and get married.

Pomo Restaurant and Bar Italy

"We recruited new employees and trained the old ones"

We at the Pomo restaurant in Tel Aviv and Bar Italia in Netanya, we started recruiting new employees, and training the existing and new ones according to the new layout.

Chef Shachar Barnea is currently working on new, upgraded and surprising dishes, to present diners with an upgraded menu and much more We are preparing for the reopening, but not quite sure how we will do it and by what parameters, because we have not yet received the exact instructions.

We all hope that this is the last closure and that we can return to work in the coming days and do what we love to do. I urge everyone to get vaccinated , Give a shoulder and be a part of the joint effort to bring normalcy back to life. Our staff at restaurants miss and look forward to meeting diners again, not just when they come for a takeaway.

"It's time for elected officials to give up their egos and let go of the reins"

After a whole year of roller coaster, we seem to be on our way back to routine again.

Who knows how long it will last and in what way.

I served as a soldier in the army, but nothing prepared me for a front of this kind.

From the very beginning of the crisis, I realized that I had to take matters into my own hands and do everything I could to take care of my family.

It took away from me an effort that my ten years of activity in the restaurant world had not taken out.

I will not lie.

Now I have hope that somehow this crisis will end soon.

It seems that vaccines can end this.

Now it remains for the elected officials in all sectors to recover and give up the ego, release the reins and bring about change in the people - a real change that will lead to a root connection.

A connection that will propel us as a forward company, that will allow our businesses to grow and forget this damn year and allow us contentment and work.

There is endless criticism of how things are going, but in the meantime it is our responsibility to take care of ourselves.

Get out, get vaccinated, give opportunity and hope for change and end these epidemics and closures.

Hopefully we will all meet soon without masks.
