Ms. Noha, a resident of Khasman neighborhood, asked about the reasons for the militia’s takeover of the bread production establishments that were available and offered to the citizen at a subsidized price. She believes that this falls within the framework of depriving the people of the simplest necessities of life, calling for the need to return all service facilities, including bakeries and mills, to the state and not to interfere in their work. The fact that these militias are their last concern is to provide services to citizens.

Al-Huwaidi pointed out that the three bakeries (Al-Hasakah I, Al-Baath and Hamo) of the bakery branch that are still operating in the cities of Hasakah and Qamishli secure bread material for the people in their areas of presence despite the pressure caused by the influx of citizens in the areas where militias are present.
