The meeting of the President and members of the Homs Chamber of Commerce with an Iranian trade and industrial delegation today focused on ways to activate exchange and economic cooperation between the two friendly countries.
The head of the Homs Chamber of Commerce, Iyad Darrak Al-Sebaei, indicated that today's meeting with the Iranian delegation comes within a series of meetings that brought together business and industrial traders from the two countries, and within days, coordination, preparation and presentation of studies for joint commercial projects with the aim of exchanging experiences to contribute to achieving economic advancement.
In turn, Ahmed Rajab Pour Al-Tabrizi, head of the Iranian delegation and coordinating between the Syrian and Iranian sides, expressed his complete readiness for constructive and fruitful cooperation between merchants in both countries, expressing his hope that Syria will return to better than it was before the war and that the Syrian economic activity will return to its usual glory.
Al-Tabrizi praised the enthusiasm of Iranian merchants to visit Syria and provide useful works to the two countries, describing the Syrian people as hospitable and loving.
During the meeting, which included a number of merchants and industrialists in the governorate at the headquarters of the Homs Chamber of Commerce, members of the Iranian delegation reviewed part of their industry and trade, as the Iranian trade delegation included representatives of the manufacture and trade of a number of industries, including industrial refrigerators, car refrigerators, aluminum doors and windows, polyethylene pipes, and a variety of multi-purpose shoes.
At the end of the meeting, the Iranian delegation visited Homs markets and the exhibition city in the Al-Waer neighborhood.
