The Department of Health announced today (8th) 9 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia.
The government gazetted the compulsory inspection announcement in the evening and included 7 buildings in the mandatory inspection.
Block 15 (except the 1st floor) and Block 16 of Ting Tao Heen in Caribbean Coast, Tung Chung, are expected to be due to the work of a 36-year-old female security guard working in the two buildings.

Two buildings at Ma Lok Yuen in Fanling and Wang Tau Hom Village to be compulsory inspection
Buildings included in the compulsory testing are No. 55 Cheung Kong Wai, Yuen Long, 13-15 Fuk Wing Street, Sham Shui Po, Block 6, Ma Lok Villa, Fanling, Wang Lai House and Wang Cho House, Wang Tau Hom Village, and Ying Wan Garden, Tung Chung Tingtaoxuan Tower 15 (except the first floor) and Tower 16.
Regardless of the list of patients' lives or whereabouts, Hengtou Hom Village has not been on the list today.
The announcement stated that any person (including but not limited to residents, visitors and staff) who has been in any of the above-listed specified places for more than two hours between February 23 and March 8 must be on March 10 or Before being tested.
If the person under inspection has been tested between March 6th and 8th, they will be deemed to have complied with the requirements of the mandatory testing announcement.
Tomorrow (9th) mobile sampling stations will be added at Wang Lai House, Wang Tau Hom Village, Wong Tai Sin, Cheong Yuen Building, No. 1-9 Yen Chow Street, Sham Shui Po, and Block 6 of The Green Villa, Fanling. The service targets are subject to compulsory testing. Local residents and staff.
The mobile sampling station at Edinburgh Place in Central will extend its service date to March 14 (Sunday).
The opening dates and service hours of mobile sampling stations that provide free COVID-19 nucleic acid testing services to the public in various districts are set out in Annex 2.
In addition to mobile sampling stations, the subject can also choose to receive testing services at any community testing center in all districts in Hong Kong, free of charge.
