Receiving a green label at the end of the first week of receiving the second vaccine may cause an increase in morbidity in light of the opening of the economy and the removal of restrictions, according to a study by the Research Institute of the United Health Insurance Fund.
The institute examined morbidity rates of more than 100,000 vaccinated in the second dose and the findings show that almost two-thirds of the patients became ill within 14 days of receiving the second dose.
The findings of the Meuhedet research institute show that although 55% of the verified patients were diagnosed as early as the first week after the second vaccine, it turns out that 27% of the verified Meuhedet clients infected with the virus were only diagnosed between the 14th and 8th days of receiving the second vaccine.
Only after 14 days from the second vaccine was a significant decrease in the number verified to a single-digit percentage of 9-5%.
The researchers assume that those verified between days 14-8 after the second vaccine became infected before reaching full immunity (seven days after the second vaccine) and possibly even before receiving the second vaccine.
The findings show that out of more than 100,000 vaccinated 35 days from the second dose, only 459 fell ill in Corona, which is 0.45% of all vaccinated.
82% of patients contracted up to 14 days from the second vaccine, 254 vaccinated patients contracted in the first week and 122 vaccinated patients contracted between the seventh and 14th day and are entitled to a green label.
After 14 days the percentages drop and the risk drops to only 0.08%.
