Comedian Ricardo González, recognized for his character as the clown Cepillín, died this Monday at age 75, his son Ricardo González Jr. told him in an interview with Mexican journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante.
The popular Mexican comedian was hospitalized.
Without giving details of the cause of his death, Gonzalez Jr. said that his father was a very strong person and a warrior.
González Jr. added that Cepillín was the best father and that he gave him all the love in the world.
Cepillín was a popular Mexican television personality. As part of his legacy in the entertainment industry in his 50-year career, he leaves several albums of children's music and television shows.
