Knapa Nazareth arrived in Kfar Saba (Elected Studio)

Meet Ibrahim Bitar, he has been in the candy business for 10 years.

He previously worked for his brother in a candy store and with him he studied the field.

He was very interested in baklava and knafa and decided to develop himself in the field - flew to Turkey and learned all the basics of making traditional knafa and kalwa and about two months ago (at the height of the corona period) he opened the "Nazareth Knape" Kfar Saba branch.

We asked Ibrahim, what is the uniqueness of the place:

"The uniqueness of the knapsack and the baklava lies in the fact that they are made from the heart: because I come from love I make all food in order to make people happy, to see people smiling and happy from the food so every time I go to make the knapsack I do it happily "I use knapsack in high quality cheese because I think the big secret in knapsack lies in the cheese, so you have to invest in it."

What other types of desserts can be found at the place?

"All types of baklava, including burma kalwa which is with kaddif and pistachio. 12 different types of knafa, including Turkish knafa and Greek knafa. We have of course the traditional dessert nights in Beirut."

If you too can not wait for the moment when you will devour a sweet knapsack, contact Ibrahim from "Knapsack Nazareth".
