Stephen Curry, considered by many to be
the best pitcher
in basketball
history
, dazzled this Sunday at the
NBA AllStars Game 2021 3-point contest
in Atlanta.
The Golden State Warriors point guard excelled with a point
record
in the challenge, beating Mike Conley in the final round.
The NBA star achieved a dazzling mark in the first round:
31 points, out of 40 possible
.
He did it with a fierce finish, in which he
hit all five shots from the last corner
, including the last ball, which was worth double.
In total there were seven bonus attempts, one of them for three points.
In that initial round, Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Zach LaVine (Chicago Bulls) and Donovan Mitchell (Utah Jazz) were eliminated.
Instead, Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics) and Mike Conley (Utah Jazz) made the passage to become rivals of Curry in the final stage.

The Jazz point guard raised the bar for Curry with 27 points.
But for the three-time NBA champion

He had obtained the triple tournament in 2015, when it was played in Brooklyn.
