This experience now also had to be had in the “Bunte Welt” kindergarten in the Rudelzhausen district of Tegernbach.
Mayor Michael Krumbucher admitted at the latest meeting of the municipal council that it had not yet been possible to find an educator for the new third group.

The “Bunte Welt” daycare center recently added a third group, as reported with new furniture and all the trimmings.
At the meeting, Krumbucher responded to a request from Thomas Roßmann.
The CSU council wanted to know how things are now with the staff and the start of the new group.
According to Krumbucher, the latter is scheduled for March 15 and is not endangered.
The vacant position will be compensated by the other staff.
"The team has agreed to do so so that we can start," said the town hall chief.
The parents of the 15 children who are to be included in the new group can therefore breathe a sigh of relief.
According to the Krumbucher Post, those on the list would get.
That has happened in the meantime, which is also good news for Roßmann, whose filius will also join the new group, as he revealed when asked.
Of course, his interest was not limited to his son.
He hopes that the search for an educator in the interests of all parents will be successful as soon as possible.

Kindergarten director Michaela Reichlmair-Fischer (48) also confirms that it will be difficult.
The interim solution of solving the problem in a team, however, is quite feasible.
“I already know what I'm getting myself into,” says Reichlmair-Fischer confidently.

"I love my job and I love my kindergarten," said the director of the "Bunter Welt".
The Kia manager already has an idea of how things should continue in the future.
"My wish would be an educator in the year of recognition who has passed her exams and has four years of experience," said Reichlmair-Fischer.
She would like to add someone like that to the well-organized team.
