A rare car accident occurred in Tsuen Wan.
A four-axle dump truck was driving along Texaco Road North towards Tsing Yi at 11 p.m. on March 7. When it was on the way to Guanmenkou Village, the mud bucket of the truck rose somehow, and the front of the bucket was raised. The edge shook to the bottom of the pedestrian overpass.
