He pointed out that if UA Cinemas is unable to take over the new theater in Tai Po due to the closure of the whole line, the theater will not be opened as scheduled. However, he believes that the owner will then re-tender and find other theaters to take over.

He predicts that the new theater in Tai Po may not fail, but the opening time will be delayed by at least one year.
Many theaters opened in Tai Po in the 1960s, including the first-generation Baohua Theater, which was the largest in the New Territories at the time, and the second-generation Baohua, which opened later. It even opened its doors in the 1990s with "one ticket for all day" pornographic theaters. The pattern comes to the end.
However, after the first generation Baohua closed in 1977, the second generation Baohua also went bankrupt in 1990.
In the 1990s, there were three theaters in Tai Po, namely "Xinghui", "Hung Kai" and "Silver Star". They closed one after another in 2001. As a result, people in Tai Po recently had to go to the UA Theater in Sha Tin to see the theater.
