For this purpose, Gili and Andy founded Bina & Bino, a brand for baby clothes and useful gift packaging for the newborn.
We asked Andy and her partner Gili, what was the background that led to the opening of the store?
"Two years ago I got pregnant with my first child, and like many other mothers I did not know what to buy in order to prepare for childbirth. To my delight, I have an amazing mother who came from abroad with a suitcase full of useful products and flooring!
I quickly realized that many of the products I use every day are not available in Israel and mothers do not have access to them.
The business started as a gift packaging business full of hardwood flooring products.
In time, parents wanted the products for themselves and today the site is tailored to both needs. "
What is your flagship product?
"The overall is our flagship product. We know that mothers do not want to waste precious time changing diapers, so we created and designed our unique overall with a two-way zipper. It can be opened from the top or bottom - to choose. This way you can save valuable time changing diapers. "The foot openings can be closed or opened to provide additional heat. Another thing we thought about in making this special garment is the ability to close or open the hand openings, which prevents the baby from scratching itself."
What other products are on the site?
"You can find a sleeping bag with a two-way zipper, which allows the safest way to sleep for the babies. No extra blankets are needed during the night. In addition, we have sock hats, towels made of bamboo, tetras and more. Our collection starts from very small sizes suitable for preterm infants and up to age. three".
What is the secret to your success?
"Once you do something you love, something you value and above all something you believe in, success comes naturally. Mothers who have approached us for the first time continue to come to us for the second and third time. In the past year we have replaced our warehouse three times due to high demand for products."
Tell us about your great customer service?
"True, our customer service is in the company's vision. Customers consult with us on how much to order, what product to order according to the development stage, what the purpose of the products is. There is no situation that will not be answered within hours. It is important for us to give a personal and professional answer. On mothers' Instagram, where they consult, share their difficulties, tell personal stories and understand that we are unanimous for each other. "
