The O PARK Or Yehuda employment and commercial complex continues to gain momentum with the selection of the winners of the tender of the Israel Land Authority.
The companies PSD Investments, Layton and Kol Or Haim won a plot of 8,794 square meters. Ella Ezra Investments won another plot, with an area of 8,224 square meters.

As part of the plan, which was implemented following the roof agreement from 2017, the business and entertainment complex will be built with about one million square meters of employment, commerce, recreation and leisure. Green of 600 acres.
The area of the plan borders the Ramat Pinkas neighborhood and Road 461 to the north, Nahal Ayalon to the south, the built-up urban wall of Or Yehuda to the east and north, and proposed land for construction to the west.
