A source reported today (Tuesday) to the Palestinian website Al-Quds that Nazar Awadallah has been elected Hamas leader in Gaza and will replace Yahya Sinwar, who is considered the leading candidate for the post.
The Lebanese channel Al-Miyadin also reported on the upheaval in Hamas.
According to previous reports, Sinwar and Awadallah competed for the position with three other commanders in the terrorist organization, including Fathi Hamad and Mahmoud a-Zahar.
