The High Court froze the transfer of information on vaccinators to local authorities

The judges issued a conditional order to stop the procedure approved by the Knesset about two weeks ago as part of a petition against it.

They ordered the state to explain why the law that violates the right to privacy should not be repealed, and demanded that the health funds respond if they could encourage immunization through personal contact with the insured.

The High Court this evening (Tuesday) issued a conditional order freezing the transfer of information on vaccinators from the Ministry of Health to local authorities.
