The Department of Police Investigations at the State Attorney's Office recently filed an indictment in the Haifa District Court against a Border Police officer on compulsory service, Afik Toibi (20), who accuses him of ten charges of committing the offenses of the fatal killing of the late Naim Madi, as well as other offenses. indictment further states that Toibi asked for a disinfectant from one of the policewomen and began rubbing his hands vigorously with each other. Even at a later stage, according to the indictment, Toibi repeated his false version, according to which the late Naim put an end to his life.

The Department of Police Investigations requests that the defendant be detained until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
