The beating was the result of an argument earlier in the day, according to 78Actu.
A 15-year-old student was kicked out of his Spanish class and allegedly verbally assaulted his teacher.
The future victim then defended the teacher, which would have displeased the disruptor.
Around 5:30 p.m., an ambush was organized near the college.
Certain sources quoted by 78Actu mention "
a dozen individuals
" of whom "
some have dealt very violent blows, in particular in the face
".
After the assault, a doctor passing by would have provided first aid to the youngster, who remained lying down and very shocked.
Firefighters then took him to hospital with several injuries, but his life-threatening prognosis was not jeopardized.
The leader of the punitive expedition was arrested at his home in the wake, and taken into police custody.
