The official news agency of the UAE "Wam" announced today that Israel and the UAE are expected to discuss in the coming days the establishment of a "free corridor" for the vaccinated between the two countries.
According to the announcement, the agreement will allow those who have been vaccinated against the corona virus to travel freely between the two countries without the need for corona tests, isolation or special restrictions.
The two sides agreed that the establishment of a common tourist corridor would strengthen the reciprocal steps taken under the Abrahamic Agreement and help the economies of the two countries.
According to the report, talks are taking place between the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates.
If the agreement is approved, the UAE will be the second country after Georgia to allow vaccinated tourists from Israel and make it a popular destination for tens of thousands of passengers from Israel in the coming months.
