The risky action of a 19-year-old thief, to break into the house of a retired commissioner, had an unexpected booty: one million pesos.

But in the flight the young man was going to make a huge mistake: he lost his ID, which allowed him to be identified.

They arrested him when he was spending the money on account.

The unusual event occurred this Tuesday at dawn in a house in the John Kennedy neighborhood of Santiago del Estero, when the retired general commissioner Carlos Villalba, who now works in real estate, slept with his family upstairs.

The assailant entered through the roof and went to an office, where the former policeman had the money in a closet, which he put in two consortium bags.

Then he stole a cell phone and also a wheeled bicycle 26 that was in the backyard and jumped the wall with a ladder.

He stole $ 1,000,000 from the house of a commissioner and was caught after losing his ID, in Santiago del Estero.

He had the money and acknowledged having left the bicycle near where he had committed the theft.
