The lawyer for Dalma and Giannina Maradona, Juan Manuel Dragani, considered this Wednesday that the neurosurgeon Leopoldo Luque could be charged with a higher charge than "manslaughter" because he considered that "there was a crime by omission" in the death of Diego Maradona.

He said it hours before the fans of the star march to the Obelisk to demand justice more than three months after his death.

"The seven people who are charged could be guilty of manslaughter, in different responsibilities, but once the medical board is finished we will be able to reach a conclusion," said Dragani.

The initiative arose spontaneously on social networks and became viral from the impulse given by different groups of fans such as

In the case that investigates the alleged crime of wrongful death, the Justice charged the neurosurgeon Leopoldo Luque, the psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov, the psychologist Carlos Díaz, the coordinating doctor Nancy Forlini and the nurses Dahiana Gisella Madrid, Ricardo Almirón and Mariano Perroni (coordinator) .

The conversations of Maradona's medical team incorporated into the investigation reveal serious irregularities in the treatment of his clinical picture and his addictions.
