Three days after the murder of a teenage girl whose body was found in the Seine, investigators are trying to understand the role played by a teenager and his girlfriend, educated in the same establishment as the victim.

What happened ?
The drama took place Monday afternoon, "
in the shade of the A15 motorway viaduct, on a dirt road away from homes, between the Seine and the railway tracks
", indicates the 'AFP.
The young girl is violently beaten then thrown into the Seine, a priori by two teenagers.
Tuesday morning, on site, investigators noted that traces of blood were still visible, testifying to the violence of the blows.
The judicial police of Cergy-Pontoise was seized for "
facts of assassination
".
Monday March 8, around 7:30 p.m., a mother went to the Argenteuil police station to tell the police that her son and his girlfriend "
had just hit a young girl and that she fell in the Seine
", said the prosecutor of the Republic of Pontoise, Eric Corbaux, in a press release.
The mother "
immediately went there and found a glove with a lock of hair
".
Back at her home, she noticed that the two teenagers were gone and immediately notified the police.

The mother's indications made it possible to find the body of the teenager, recovered at the level of the quai Saint-Denis.
She bore "
marks of blows to the head and face,
" said the prosecution.
An autopsy should be performed.
The two teenagers were finally arrested on Tuesday around two in the morning at a friend's home.
The custody of the two suspects will be extended, the Pontoise prosecutor's office said Tuesday evening.
What we know about the suspects
The suspects, both aged 15 and educated at the Cognacq-Jay vocational high school, in Argenteuil, in Val-d'Oise, belonged to a section of 3rd preparing for vocational training.
A neighbor of the mother of the boy in police custody confided, shocked, to AFP, that she had known "
the little one since he was 4 years old

The hypothesis of a love triangle
No complaint had been filed for acts of harassment targeting the two accused, indicates to

the Pontoise prosecutor's office.
The three teenagers also had no criminal record.

The harassment in question
The conflict seems to have started before the last school holidays, when photos of the victim "
in underwear
" circulated on Snapchat, according to student testimonies collected by AFP.
A high school student said on condition of anonymity that the young girl arrested spread the word on social networks "
that

was a whore
(sic)
.
The victim did not like it and it escalated.
It started in a fight
”.
The young girl assures us that the victim spoke to her: “
She told me that she was being harassed.
I saw her fight with the one who was harassing her in front of the bathroom
”last week.
"
It's shocking, she had her whole life in front of her,
" continued this student, in tears.

Asked by BFMTV, the victim's mother said her daughter was being harassed.

She said to me: 'Mom I have big problems, I was threatened with death by this boy and this girl too', she got into a fight with her a week before
".
On this same channel, the mother of the teenager in police custody evoked the hypothesis of a "
small love triangle which could not have been able to handle the thing
".

Apparently, my son had a little relationship with

before being with the new one,
" she said.
A police source also indicates to
Le Figaro
that the 15-year-old accused had to go this week before the high school disciplinary board for acts of harassment related to the circulation of these photos.
In a statement, the rectorate of Versailles expressed its "
strongest emotion
" and indicated that a psychological support unit had been created at the Cognacq-Jay high school.
