It is difficult to understand why Alberto Fernández has turned the departure of the still Minister of Justice, Marcela Losardo,
into his political labyrinth
.
Where he would be leaving visible two problems that
show
weakness
: the difficulty of retaining staff than himself enthroned;
the greater difficulties, still, to appoint replacements.
There are two antecedents that reveal such a conflict.
The departure last November of María Eugenia Bielsa
,
who served as Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat.
His place was taken by the former Cristinista mayor of Avellaneda, the engineer Jorge Ferraresi.
Also the resignation of the former head of Fiscal Oilfields (YPF), Guillermo Nielsen.
Replaced by the deputy of Santa Cruz, Pablo González.
Friend of Máximo Kirchner and loyal to the vice president.
There were other cases, although smaller.
No one could properly explain Bielsa's departure.
It was adjudicated delinquency in the management.
There is no evidence that anything, in that sense, has changed.
The real problem with the former lieutenant governor of Santa Fe was in her appointment

He never had the approval of Cristina Fernández.
He allowed his landing so as not to expose the presidential limitations early.
Bielsa, in a conversation with young people from La Cámpora, had said in 2018 that
Kirchnerism ruled by stealing
.
Unforgivable sincerity.
Alberto, as now with Losardo, tried to retain her in some way.
With some position out of Kirchner's sights.
The architect preferred to return to Rosario to do politics from the plain.

With Nielsen he had more luck: he will be ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
His statement has not yet reached Congress.
And now it has been confirmed that Losardo will go to Paris as a Unesco ambassador.

because she is not a person who comes from politics.

She was in the public function, always linked to the Justice area, with Néstor Kirchner, with Cristina and a brief period with Mauricio Macri.

The President affirmed, on the other hand, that there is no rush for the appointment of the replacement.

Kirchnerism blames Losardo for
not having done enough to
unblock the Law of the Public Ministry in Deputies.
Alberto's reform matters nothing to him.
The minister went through many congressional offices but could not fight a reality that the head of the House repeats: the number for approval is not there.
And there is an addition because the electoral year is already passing where parliamentary activity decreases considerably.
Sergio Massa, this time, seems to be telling the truth.
The Lavagnist deputies do not appear willing to collaborate.
Nor are the Cordovan governor Juan Schiaretti, whose votes were key to several projects promoted by the Casa Rosada.
Spontaneous questions arise.
Will the future Minister of Justice, whoever he is, be able to twist the trend?
Will he be able to do it in the middle of the campaign for the legislatures?
Will they accept when the Government launched its shameless offensive against the Judiciary?
That offensive is not related only to the projects in the making and others that were announced.
Cristina said, in her plea for the cause of the future dollar, that the Judiciary "is rotten and perverse."
Alberto stressed that the vice president had told the whole truth.
The onslaught didn't happen by chance either.
On February 25, the Federal Oral Court 4 sentenced businessman K, Lázaro Báez, to
12 years in prison
for money laundering.
It is estimated that it was US $ 55 million.
Judges Néstor Costabel, Gabriela López Iñíguez and Adriana Palliotti corroborated the laundering operation.
López Iñiguez raised some differences: he believed that the source of this laundering was Báez's fraud of the treasury.
The other pair of judges linked it to the benefits of the public work received.
The rationale for that crucial ruling will be revealed next month.
The interpellation of López Iñíguez's position has already been raised:
Fraud the treasury with money from what activity?
Cristina is being judged, precisely, on the presumption of having benefited Báez with the award of works.
That dark circle that seems to close on her fired the last attack on Justice.
Losardo fell in the middle of that shooting.
