No annoying questions, please: Thailand's Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has his own way of facing the media.

During a press conference, the premier used hand disinfectants against journalists present.

They had asked the politician about his cabinet reshuffle.

Prayut finally left the room - exuding little joy.

The unpleasant questions related to the replacement of three ministries.

The incumbents had been removed from their posts and sentenced.

They are said to have participated in street protests against the previous government before it was overthrown by the then army chief Prayut.

The pressure on the authoritarian prime minister is high.

Since last summer, tens of thousands of young people have been protesting against the power of the government and the monarchy in Thailand.

They are demanding reforms and Prayut's resignation.

The government repeatedly used tear gas and water cannons at the demonstrations.

The premier disinfectant seems to be enough for unpleasant questions.
