The mother of the 13-year-old girl, who complained that she was raped by Yarin Sharaf in the Corona Hotel, responded to the indictment in which he was accused of having consensual illegitimate consent • "Do not believe"

Yarin Sharaf, who is being questioned by police on suspicion of raping a 13-year-old minor, was charged this morning (Thursday) with conspiracy to commit conspiracy, sexual harassment, threats, assault and supply of intoxicating liquor to a minor.

Sharaf, 21, a resident of Benjamin, is accused of committing the acts in a designated lodge of the Ministry of Welfare for Corona patients in Tel Aviv.

The complaining girl's mother shouted at Sharaf in court: "Look at your face, you will know you have ended her life. You are a piece of rape and a danger to the public."

After reading the indictment, the mother said: "I do not believe I should say this, but I feel that my daughter was raped a second time."

Defense attorney Nir David did not agree with the alleged evidence in the case and said at the beginning of the hearing: "Compared to the suspicions in the two weeks since the arrest, the depleted indictment usually ends with less service work. "I rule out any scenario of rape. I would already like to announce that in the next hearing we will grant release under restrictive conditions."

The representative of the prosecutor's office said that she objected to the defense's words.

In conclusion, Judge Or Mammon ruled that there was an evidentiary spark in the case and extended Yarin Sharaf's detention until next Wednesday.

The indictment, filed by attorney Ravit Shafir, states that Sharaf arrived in solitary confinement at a motel on Feb. 23, after being diagnosed with the corona virus.

There, he met the girl, who had also arrived in solitary confinement at the motel a few days earlier.

There was no early acquaintance between the two.

On the evening of the first day he arrived at the place, Sharaf sent a message to the girl's Instagram account and offered her to leave her room and sit with them and others staying on the porch of the place.

Later, the minor offered to burn up her room - and after finding out how old he was after seeing his tic tac bill, she wrote him "my sad brother is too much algae" and "are you 21 ???"

(Errors originally).

In response, he replied that she was 20 and asked her how old she was.

She replied that she was 14 and then withdrew her offer to go up to her room.

Later, the minor, the defendant and other minors sat in the sitting area on the porch.

During the evening, the defendant made repeated offers of a sexual nature to the minor, and when she did not accede to his requests, he threatened her that he would make her "Eilat affair 2".

In addition, the defendant provided the minor and another minor with vodka, and offered the minor to provide her with marijuana and she agreed.

The defendant again turned to the minor during the night, on several other occasions and asked to go up to her room even though the minor wrote to him not to go up today, as she was tired and asked him to "release" him.

The next day, at noon, Sharaf and the girl sat on the porch once more.

A guide at the motel who understood the two approached the defendant, asked him not to approach her and ordered him to stop talking to her due to the age difference between them.

Immediately afterwards, the girl went up to her room, which was on the third floor of the motel.

Resin also went up to the room, so he noticed that the guide was following him up the stairs.

He turned to the guide and said, "What, do you think I'll do something with a 14-year-old girl? What am I missing, who the hell ***?", And went back downstairs.

"Want to be alone"

Some time later, Sharaf sent a message to the girl asking him to go downstairs - and then she wrote him to go up to her room.

Subsequently, the women had sex, with the defendant assuming that the girl was 14 years old.

While they were lying down, according to the indictment, Sharaf asked the girl to perform oral sex on him, but she refused - and he slapped her hard.

In response, she confronted him and told him not to do it again, and Sharaf apologized for his actions.

A few hours after they lay down, the girl sent to burn a photo of herself on Instagram.

He asked her where she was and he informed her that he was coming to her room.

The girl replied, "No, not now" and "I want to be alone."

Despite this, the defendant went up to the minor's room and knocked on her door.

She pulled back her window curtain, and when she saw that it was resin she opened the door for him.

He went in, and the two lay down once more.

After they finished, a guide knocked on the door of the girl's room, who found the resin hiding in the bathroom.

In the request for detention until the end of the legal proceedings against him, Adv. Shafir noted: “The respondent took advantage of the power gap between him and the minor, and despite his insight into his very young age, did not stop his actions until he obtained his request.

"The respondent refused to accept his rejection, and stubbornly and while exerting pressure on the minor, he repeatedly referred to her repeated sexual offers and did not stop expressing her unwillingness to them at first."
