Fabrizio Corona must return to prison.
This was decided by the Court of Surveillance of Milan revoking the deferral of the sentence in home detention and, as explained by his lawyer Ivano Chiesa, the former photographic agent "as soon as I told him, he injured his wrists".
Corona has posted on Instagram a video with a face stained with blood in which he attacks the magistrates, in particular the president of the Surveillance College Marina Corti and the substitute pg Antonio Lamanna.
"When I told him he injured his wrists - said Chiesa - now I'm here with him and we called an ambulance".
After last Monday's hearing in which Corona had asked the judges not to return him to "hell", that is to jail, the board accepted the request of the substitute pg Lamanna to revoke the deferral of the sentence in home detention for the former 'king of the paparazzi' for a series of violations of prescriptions, including appearances on TV and the use of social networks, which led to complaints against him for defamation and threats.
The same judge Marina Corti, who also presided over the Supervisory Board, had already proposed the revocation of the sentence deferral that was granted to him in December 2019 for a "psychiatric pathology".
"This is only the beginning, Dr. Corti, Mr. Lamanna this is only the beginning. How true God will I sacrifice my life to take you out of those chairs. I will sacrifice my life to take you out of those chairs. Shame. I ask if no I really cut my life, let the president of the Supervisory Court come, let the president look at the documents ".
This is the reaction of Fabrizio Corona in a video on Instagram to the provision that he must return to prison.
In the video, he shows patches of blood "after being injured", according to his lawyer Ivano Chiesa, and his face smeared with blood.
"You have created a monster," he adds.
