Furthermore, all citizens in the Freising district who want to be vaccinated should register for the corona vaccination.

The district office explains how appointments are made.

District

- The Freising District Office continues to call on all citizens in the district who want to be vaccinated to register for the vaccination against the coronavirus via the online portal BayIMCO (www.impfzentren.bayern).

All citizens are invited to register, regardless of their age (from 16 years), what occupation they practice, and whether they have a previous illness or not.

For a successful vaccination progress, as many citizens as possible must be registered so that the willingness to vaccinate in the district can be recorded and the appointments can be organized accordingly.

After registration

At the moment, many citizens are unsure of how things will proceed after registering online.

First of all, everyone should receive an email with a confirmation of receipt immediately after the registration process.

The Freising District Office points out that after this step, no regular information can be given about how long it will be before the personal vaccination.

However, as soon as a possibly prioritized appointment for vaccination is possible, the person registered will be contacted.

This is done via SMS and / or email.

From this point in time, he can log in to the BayIMCO online portal again with his access data (the link will also be sent).

The person wishing to be vaccinated can then view their personal data and select their vaccination date under the keyword "Scheduling".

The next possible appointment is shown to him - if it doesn't fit, he can jump to the next one.

The confirmation the verification

If the person wishing to vaccinate has chosen the date and time, the final date will be confirmed again by email or SMS.

If all appointments have already been taken, the person wishing to vaccinate should log back into the platform regularly and check it for new appointments.

There will be no further invitation.

After choosing an appointment, he should also print out the documents provided on the platform and bring them with him to the vaccination: vaccination sheet, information and consent.

Please do not send them by post beforehand!

Important: If your own data is changed on the platform after the invitation to the appointment, the prioritization expires and the person willing to vaccinate has to wait for the next appointment invitation.

The District Office points out that incorrect information is in no way effective in achieving a higher prioritization.

Evidence and supporting documents

All information given when registering online for classification in one of the priority groups must be proven in writing at the vaccination appointment.

Corresponding certificates or documents for a prioritized entitlement to vaccination must be brought to the appointment.

When registering and making an appointment in BayIMCO, the person wishing to be vaccinated is informed that evidence is required for the stated reasons for prioritization, which must be presented at the vaccination appointment.

If no suitable documents are presented, the vaccination must not be carried out at this point in time.

In the case of close contact persons, proof of pregnancy or the need for care and also a document from the pregnant woman or the person to be cared for must be submitted, which identifies the person to be vaccinated as a close contact person.

The allocation of vaccination appointments in BayIMCO is strictly based on the currently valid Coronavirus Vaccination Ordinance.

All information about the vaccination

At the beginning of 2021, as reported, the Freising district started the “Ein Stich - Für dich und mich” initiative to provide information about the corona vaccination and to provide answers to open questions via the website www.ein-stich.de.

District citizens can find all the latest information on the vaccination process, vaccines, possible side effects, registration options and prioritization of those willing to vaccinate here.

If you have any questions about vaccination, you can always contact us at www.ein-stich.de.

A video on the website shows exactly how the corona vaccination works.

As of recently, users of www.ein-stich.de can also have them read aloud.

Thanks to the reading function, the website is barrier-free and also offers translation into 18 different languages.
