The opposition of Juntos por el Cambio was
removed from the judicial file
that decides on the collection of the double life pension for Vice President Cristina Kirchner.
That special ANSeS allocation is estimated at $ 2 million per month and some $ 100 million retroactive under discussion to be collected.
It was after a request from the former president's lawyer, Carlos Beraldi.
The decision was made by
the same judge who had accepted them as part of the case just over a month ago.
Cristina had asked to receive a pension for being a former president and another as a widow of Néstor Kirchner, for having held the same position.
Until there is a final resolution, you will only collect one of the benefits.
The opposition assessed that they were removed from the file after the
"judicial attacks"
of the national government in recent days that had their epicenter in the opening speech of the Congress of Alberto Fernández and the allegation of CFK in the cause of
the future dollar.
Everything had started at the beginning of February with the judicial decision to
suspend the collection
of the double life pension.
It was when the surrogate federal judge
Ezequiel Pérez Nami
accepted the appeals presented by the
ANSeS and by opposition deputies.
However - the opposition argued this Thursday -
Nami now "changed his decision
and finally decided to reject the intervention as third parties of the legislators" and made the ANSeS firm.

The judge revoked his own resolution
following a presentation by the Vice President's lawyer, who even threatened in that letter to initiate criminal actions against the magistrate," the JxC legislators maintained.
The opposition deputies warned on the one hand that this happens despite the fact that
the ANSeS appeal was half an hour after
theirs and in reaction to that one.
But, on the other hand, they say that the judge
now considers them "unnecessary"
when at the beginning of February he had taken them as valid even with the ANSeS appeal.

Given the lack of action of ANSeS,
which until then had not appealed the sentence favoring Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, the deputies, among whom is the president of the UCR, Alfredo Cornejo, and the deputy Alejandro Cacace, vice president of the HCDN Social Security and Welfare Commission, presented a request for intervention and the appeal with its grounds at 7:36 am on February 4, requesting that said sentence be revoked, "they said in a statement.
They continued: "The ANSeS, as
a result of this presentation to make up for its inaction
, prepared to act and quickly presented a brief appealing the sentence half an hour later the same day, at 8:04 am."
Cornejo, president of the UCR, said: "The vice president permanently denounces judicial persecution,
that lawfare and others, but it turns out that the judges rule in her favor
in the cause of her double pension and her retroactive millionaire."
Deputy
Alejandro Cacace
, for his part, understood that the judge, in just a few weeks, first granted them the intervention when he considered their interest to act credited, then he annulled his decision and, finally,
rejected their action in the case "because he considered it unnecessary ”.
Cornejo concluded: "Nami's attitude may surprise us, but
in the face of attacks
against Justice by the government,
the judges begin to respond in favor of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner
."
The intervening opposition deputies will now
appeal the
Judge's
decision
to the Federal Chamber of Social Security.
