The Ministry of Transportation has announced that from April 5, driving refresher and preventive driving courses will be renewed at all training centers in the country.
The courses will be held in classes of 20 students, while adhering to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health's purple character, which include, among other things, maintaining social distance and wearing a mask throughout the course.
Registration for the course and payment for it will be made through the websites of the course operators.
Each student will be required to declare before entering the classroom that his or her body temperature is measured and does not exceed 38 degrees.
If he has not done so, he will be required to measure his body temperature before the start of classes.
A hand washing and disinfectant stand will be located at each site.
It is important to note that Minister of Transport Miri Regev has signed a regulation deferring the obligation to attend courses for those drivers required by law, until the end of 2021. Therefore, drivers who were required to take the courses from March 2020 and could not perform them due to closure restrictions can continue driving Until the end of 2021.
