A red alert was sounded tonight (Thursday) in the Gaza Envelope area, including in flashlights.
Earlier, Palestinian jihad officials threatened to respond to the deaths of fishermen killed earlier this week.
"The blood of the boys was not shed in vain. Israel committed an act of stupidity that the Palestinian resistance will respond to. The equation of deterrence will not change."
A source in Gaza told Israel Today that Hamas is working to stop the launches because the organization is not interested in escalation but there is heavy pressure within the armed organizations in Gaza to launch rockets.
The Hamas Interior Ministry places the responsibility on Israel and calls on the International Court of Justice to intervene. The findings have been transferred to human rights organizations.
