Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said today (Thursday) that he would align himself with Jordan, after postponing his visit to the United Arab Emirates for the fourth time, in part due to a dispute over the coordination of the flight path over Jordan.
"Unfortunately the visit was not possible due to a misunderstanding and difficulties in coordinating our flights resulting from an incident that happened yesterday on the Temple Mount," Netanyahu said.
"We have aligned things with Jordan. We can fly over Jordan and I can fly over Jordan."
Netanyahu made the remarks at a press conference with the prime ministers of the Czech Republic and Hungary, Andrei Babish and Victor Urban.
